Cancellations and Re-scheduled sessions where bookings have been confirmed between the Customer and Driving Risk Management the following charges will apply.
Within 14 calendar days: 100% of the prevailing customer rate
All Cancellation must be advised in writing
Fees are payable in advance (normally 4 weeks)
All invoices become due for payment within 15 days of the invoice date
Late payment may attract interest at 8% above the statutory rate
If changes to booking result in cancellation of hotel accommodation it will be necessary to pass on to the client any cancellation charges
